I’m energised by the search for great solutions with even greater people.
I’m a huge believer in the power of creativity, insight, collaboration, and human-centred design to solve real problems.
My passion for this comes from years of applying an inventive mindset to the discovery, analysis, and translation of user insights into innovative strategies and solutions. Finding answers that give people the buzz of seeing new ideas emerge.
Friends and workmates describe me as ‘obsessively curious’. I’ve often viewed myself as the investigative journalist of the team – the one who’s in the trenches with users, teammates, stakeholders and business leaders to co-create, empathise, understand culture, and uncover the root causes of problems to help drive teams towards novel & empowering solutions.
