Google Stores.
Now with a range of physical devices and services ranging smart home tech, Pixel phones, headphones and more, Google has begun opening their first Retail Stores.
We helped set the foundations as Google begins to scale across North America and internationally.
As project lead, I lead multiple workstreams with global Google teams to develop and define their strategic foundations from the beginning, including:
Future Store Concept Vision sprint and ideation to elevate the store experience through magical technology experiences, local relevance, immersive demos, and elevated storytelling and software integration;
Strategic Frameworks to connect their experiences and spaces across stores and markets;
Customer Journey Maps;
Modular Store Design approaches;
Principles and frameworks to unify their experiences, demos, in-store programming, storytelling, visual merchandising, communication, and more;
Internal toolkits and playbooks to guide and connect teams;
Cross-functional ways of working, facilitating online and in-person workshops at Google’s Mountain View and San Francisco offices, and presenting to VP-level leaders at Steering Committee meetings.
