Working with multiple Global Retail and Marketing teams at Nike to develop directives, principles, and strategies that roll out internationally to their Geo teams.

As project lead, I’ve contributed to and lead teams in the development of directives, toolkits and strategic frameworks, including:

  • Translating FIFA Women’s World Cup campaign and team kits creative and storytelling into the retail environment, in-store activations and jersey trial experiences;

  • Communications and experience design for reintroducing the Nike Membership programme, brand and benefits into the retail environment across various store concepts, scales, and consumer journeys.

  • Developing the connected Membership programme that brings together Nike Membership and third-party retailer programmes.

  • Designing a window strategy and guidelines to unify Nike storefront storytelling and executions across store concepts and markets.
